Kite started with two friends and a shared belief: good cannabis products should be made with care, intention and a clear understanding of the people who use them.
Oz studied Health Science before earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and later building a career in real estate and entrepreneurship. He brings experience building businesses, managing projects and developing partnerships to his role as Kite’s founder.
His interest in cannabis centers on its potential as a tool for creativity, connection and being more present. That curiosity shapes Kite’s focus on thoughtfully formulated products designed around different experiences. A lifelong martial artist, Oz brings discipline and a long-term perspective to building the company.
Trent studied plant and soil science and built his career around cannabis. His connection to the plant predates legalization, grounded in a longstanding interest in craft cultivation and the natural world. For Trent, cannabis has always been both a personal passion and a craft worth understanding deeply.
At Kite, Trent leads operations and brings that plant-focused perspective to manufacturing. His work connects an understanding of the raw material with the practical details of production, from preparation and formulation to filling and finishing. He helps translate Kite’s product ideas into a considered, repeatable process.
